If you are about changing the appearance of your car  the simplest thing to do is to replace your old cheap tires by some nice new tires . Just by Replacing your old tires with new wheels , you will be  giving your car the facelift of a life time , and you  will also improve  its handling and security . When you go to choose your new rims and tires, you will first have to answer some simple questions . Plus-sizing your car is to get taller rims with low profile tires . The benefits of this are that , instead of recalibrating your speedometer as you would if you changed your wheel diameter, your car immediately be ready to drive after the new tires are installed . Recalibration can be a serious pain . If you are looking for the most awe-inspiring wheels , you need to get with both taller rims, and taller tires . This works well, for instance, on raised trucks that are going to be used for off-roading.
